Virtual Waiting Rooms
Video Appointment Instructions
Via Computer (desktop or laptop)
1) Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
2) Click on your provider's virtual waiting room link. You will be prompted to download the appropriate software if necessary.
3) Fill in your name and click "Enter".
4) Wait for your provider to connect with you.
5) Have your appointment!
Via Mobile (Tablet, iPhone, or Android)
1) Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
2) Click on your provider's virtual waiting room link via your mobile device.
3) You will be prompted to download the appropriate app (VSee Clinic). Click the link to begin download or be directed to the app.
3) Enter your provider's Room ID (Their last name). Click "Next"
4) Enter your name and click "Enter". Wait for your provider to connect with you.
5) Have your appointment!
A PRIVATE, SAFE SPACE
Be ready at the time of your appointment in a secure, private environment of your choosing.
A WEBCAM
You can have your appointment via your home or work computer (via webcam), smart phone or tablet.
YOUR PROVIDER'S VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM
At the time of the appointment, select your provider from our list to be directed to their "Virtual Waiting Room". Make note of their Room ID for Mobile Appointments!
