Video Appointment Instructions

In-Browser for Computer (Desktop or Laptop) and Mobile (Android, iPhone, or Tablet)

1) Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.

 

(If using an iPhone, or iPad, please access in-browser calling using Safari.)

(If using a Computer please access in-browser calling using Google Chrome.)

(If using an Android device please access in-browser calling using Google Chrome.)

2) Click on your provider's virtual waiting room link. 

 

3) You will be prompted to enter your Name and the Address you are located. Fill in the required fields, and click "Enter".

4) Your browser will ask you to allow VSee to access your computer’s microphone and camera. Select “Allow.”

 

5) Wait for your provider to connect with you via your internet browser. (No VSee install required.)

6) Have your appointment!

Mobile using VSee Clinic App (Tablet, iPhone, or Android):

1) Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.

2) Click on your provider's virtual waiting room link via your mobile device. You will be asked if you’d like to open and/or download VSee Clinic.

 

3) Click the link to begin downloading the app from your device's app store, or select the option to “Open” the app if it is already installed. 

 

*​If the app is already installed, you can also access your provider’s Virtual Waiting Room by opening the app and entering their Room ID (their last name). Click "Next"

4) You will be prompted to enter your Name and the Address you are located. Fill in the required fields, and click "Enter".

5) Your phone or tablet will ask you to allow VSee Clinic to access your phone or tablet’s microphone and camera. Select “Allow.”

 

6) Wait for your provider to connect with you.

7) Have your appointment!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

A PRIVATE, SAFE SPACE

Be ready at the time of your appointment in a secure, private environment of your choosing. 

A WEBCAM

You can have your appointment via your home or work computer (via webcam), smart phone or tablet. 

YOUR PROVIDER'S VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM

At the time of the appointment, select your provider from our list to be directed to their "Virtual Waiting Room". Make note of their Room ID for Mobile Appointments!
